Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Rwalk Shoes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Order Cancellation - You can cancel your order on the same day that you placed it. if you miss this deadline reach put to us. If you are not satisfy with your purchase we will accept return within 15 days accept order.
2. Items that have been repaired from another by external repaired service will not be accepted for returned and exchange.
3.  Refunds - Prepaired Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return item.
4.  Return Process - Items must be returned in original condition. Please contact customer service for a return authorization (customercare@rwalkshoes.in).
5.  Non-Refundable Items - Certain items, such as custom orders or sale items, may not be eligible for return.
6. If you have recieved damaged product please report it to us on customercare@rwalkshoes.in within 24 hours of delivery.
